About this policy
Sleepy Bible is operated by Robert Keith Brian Wise trading as Contentzilla, an Australian sole trader (ABN 92 354 863 797). This policy describes Sleepy Bible for iPhone and the sleepybible.app website.
Information on your device
The app keeps your favourites, bookmarks, playlists, verse lists, listening progress, resume position, preferences, cached audio catalogue and downloaded audio on your device. The app does not provide a user account or an account-based sync service.
Downloaded audio is excluded from device backup. Deleting the app removes its data from that device. Offloading the app is different and may preserve app data; deleting the app does not erase earlier device backups or your Apple purchase records, and it does not cancel a subscription.
Audio delivery
When you request audio, the app contacts our Cloudflare-hosted delivery service. The request identifies the audio file and exposes technical information such as your IP address and the request time to the service. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver content and operate its infrastructure.
The app does not upload your favourites, playlists or listening history to a developer account. The current audio-delivery service does not store a user profile or record these requests in application logs. Cloudflare still processes network requests and provides aggregate operational metrics; this is separate from app-level storage.
Subscriptions
Apple handles subscriptions, purchase restoration and App Store offer-code redemption. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit service to check your subscription entitlement. We do not operate a payment database or store your payment card details.
This website
This website is hosted by Vercel, with domain services provided by Cloudflare. Infrastructure providers process request information, including IP addresses and requested URLs, to serve and protect the website. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, a mailing list or an account system to this website.

When you contact support
If you contact us, the details you choose to send and your contact information are used to answer your request. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
Tracking
The app has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK or account registration. Operational requests for audio and website delivery still involve the technical information described above.
